Our internal Quality Assurance processes and large pool of senior industry practitioners and subject matter experts ensure that our assessments are robust, relevant and reflect current industry practice.
We ensure all apprentices are assessed in a manner that is fair and reliable with our easy to understand and transparent assessment processes. We provide extensive guidance to employers, training providers and apprentices so all participants are fully informed as to what to expect and how best to prepare for the assessment.
Credit Services Association (CSA) really value the ICA as an EPAO for many of our apprenticeships. The ICA’s work is of a consistently high quality, and service delivery is always reliable and responsive to the needs of key stakeholders.
