You can request replacements for lost or damaged certificates for ICA Advanced Certificate, Diploma and Post Graduate qualifications.
There is a charge of £50 (+VAT where applicable) for this service. You will need to have your ICA Candidate ID number. If you have forgotten your ID number, please complete the Contact Us form, so that this information can be provided for you.
If you have just completed your programme, you will receive your certificate by post and will not need to order this item.*
You should expect to receive your replacement certificate within approximately 21 working days of your payment (please allow extra time for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom).
The ICA reserves the right to decline the issue of a replacement certificate. Should your application for a replacement certificate be declined the fee will be refunded in full to the card used for this transaction.
