ICA Graduation Ceremony

ICA Graduation Ceremonies are truly wonderful events designed to celebrate your achievements in front of family and friends, and a chance to meet up with your tutors and fellow students.
Graduates who have successfully completed an ICA Advanced Certificate, Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma and those who have achieved Fellowship status are invited to attend. We also welcome those who have completed ICA's end point assessment (EPA) as part of an apprenticeship. Places are subject to availability, so please book early to avoid disappointment!

How much does it cost to attend?
£45 (+VAT @20%) for ICA Graduate
£90 (+VAT @20%) for ICA Graduate + 1 guest
£135 (+VAT @20%) for ICA Graduation + 2 guests
The ticket price includes wine, soft drinks, hot bowl food and photos of you receiving your award.

How many guests can I bring?
You can bring up to two paying guests. If you wish to bring more, a waiting list is available—please contact events@int-comp.org for more information.
Children are welcome to join the celebrations; however, any children under 16 will require a 2nd guest who will sit with them throughout the ceremony, as graduates sit separately from guests in the hall. If your child requires their own seat, they will count as one of your guest places.

How do I pay for my ticket?
All tickets must be paid for via credit/debit card at the time of booking.
No bookings can be paid by invoice for this event.

Can you help with a visa support letter?
Yes, we can provide visa support letters after you purchase a ticket. During registration, you'll be asked for additional details. If you select "Yes" for visa support and provide accurate information, a visa support letter will be automatically sent to you from events@int-comp.org.

Do I receive a ticket?
There are no tickets, you will receive a confirmation email at the time of your booking and final details will be sent closer to the event.

When does the Ceremony end?
The ceremony will conclude at approximately 19:30, followed by photos, drinks, and light refreshments. The event will officially end around 20:30.

When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates will be sent to all successful students once the results are released. As a result, certificates will not be distributed at the Graduation Ceremony.

Graduation Ceremony Programme
Graduates who attend the ICA Graduation Ceremony will have their full name listed in the programme.
Please book on or before the 7 April 2025 to be included in the ICA Graduation Ceremony 2025 Programme.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is smart/business.

Can I cancel my booking?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@int-comp.org.
Cancellations cannot be accepted within one month of the event. However, if you notify us in advance, you may have the option to defer your booking to the following year.
