The International Compliance Association (ICA) – the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community and part of Wilmington plc – revealed the winners at the ICA Compliance Awards Europe last night in a star-studded award ceremony held at the Hilton London Bankside, UK on 27 April 2023.
As the UK's only awards recognising teams and individuals across the financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance community, the Awards attracted over 200 entries across 18 categories, designed to recognise the initiatives and achievements of the compliance community over the past 12-18 months.
The Award ceremony brought together regulatory and financial crime prevention professionals to celebrate the contributions of individuals and companies to combating financial crime and meeting high compliance standards. The evening celebrated the achievements of a total of 119 shortlisted finalists.

Building on their tremendous success in 2022, the Awards returned by popular demand in 2023 to distinguish teams, recognise individuals, praise collaboration, and showcase innovation by businesses, professionals and clients working and based in Europe.
Selecting the winners for 2023 was an esteemed judging panel comprised of 66 senior compliance and financial crime prevention leaders from across the ICA membership, ICA subject matter experts and the wider compliance community.
